The State Property Authority of the Libyan government has handed over a plot of land to the Higher Institute of Science and Technology in Wadi Atba, Wadi Atba Municipality.

In its commitment to supporting all educational institutions and centers and providing them with sites and land to address the challenges they face, the Libyan State Property Authority, through its Chairman, Mr. Abdul-Moneim Ghaliou, presented a plot of land free of charge to Mr. Anwar Hamed Mukhtar Pasha , Director of the Higher Institute of Science and Technology in Wadi Atba Municipality, on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. This land will be used to construct buildings for the Ministry of Technical and Vocational Education, enabling the institute to effectively deliver its services. This initiative is part of the Libyan State Property Authority's plan to provide all necessary sites and land to educational institutions.
